Narvarte supported King Drive BID 8 in rethinking how a long, linear corridor near downtown could function as a coherent economic development ecosystem. Rather than attempting to activate the entire corridor at once, the work was grounded in a clear philosophy: momentum beats completeness. Start somewhere, concentrate resources, and allow success to ripple outward.
Narvarte facilitated listening sessions and a visioning workshop to understand how different segments of the corridor functioned—and why they often felt disconnected. From this process, we identified strategic nodes where investment, programming, and coordination could realistically ignite near-term activity while setting the stage for longer-term growth.
The outcome was a practical, implementation-oriented framework: a node map paired with short- and long-term action steps designed to get things moving immediately, not sit on a shelf.
